This policy explains how FRX LLC, “FRX,” “we” or “us,” collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers yourfrx.com, eventsfrx.com, community.yourfrx.com and their subdomains, our events, and the email, text, phone and WhatsApp messages we send. Our Terms, including the Text Messaging Terms, are part of this policy.

Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, job title, revenue range, assessment answers, and anything you write in a form, an email or a message. Applicants to our “Put Me To Work” program may also send a LinkedIn profile and résumé.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to texts or calls, the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on.
• Event and campaign details: which event, QR code or link brought you to us.
• Automatic information: basic device and browser data, pages viewed, and whether you open or click our emails. Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to work and to measure what is useful. yourfrx.com uses Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site; Google may set cookies and collect your IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
• Calls and meetings: if you speak with us by phone or video, the call may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start of the call when it is.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as your assessment results, event registrations and calendar invites.
• To follow up about FRX services, events and resources by email, and by text or phone call if you agreed to those.
• To run and improve our business, websites and events.
• To match recruitment applicants with client companies, when the applicant has agreed to that.
• To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS/MMS)

If you message us on WhatsApp, we reply there. We send marketing messages on WhatsApp only to people who agreed to receive them.

Email

If you give us your email, we may send you your results, event information, and occasional updates about FRX. Every marketing email names FRX as the sender, includes our mailing address, and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests take effect right away, and always within 10 business days. We may still send messages you need about something you requested, such as an event you registered for.

Phone calls

We call to follow up when you have asked us to, or when you agreed to calls on one of our forms. We call with automated technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice only if you gave written consent for that. Tell us at any time to stop calling and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.

How we use artificial intelligence

FRX uses AI tools to work faster. They help draft and send messages, summarize calls and meetings, organize our CRM, and power AI assistants that may answer or send emails, texts and calls on our behalf. Our commitments:

• We tell you when you are talking to AI. Our AI assistants identify themselves as AI at the start of a voice call, and answer truthfully whenever you ask.
• A person is always available. Ask for a human at any time, by replying or by saying so on a call, and a member of our team will follow up.
• Consent comes first. AI voice calls and automated texts go only to people who gave written consent.
• People make the important decisions. A person reviews every hiring, placement and client decision. We do not make those decisions with AI alone.
• Your data stays protected. We give our AI providers only what a task needs. We do not sell your information, and we do not provide it to anyone to train public AI models.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that run our business for us, such as our CRM and email and texting platform, database and website hosting, scheduling, video-meeting and AI providers. They may use it only to provide their services to FRX.
• With client companies, for “Put Me To Work” applicants who agreed to that.
• When the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, under this same policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and consent records while we have a relationship with you, and for up to five years after, so that we can prove consent and honor opt-outs. Recruitment applications are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Opt-out records are kept permanently so that we never contact you again by mistake.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or ask us not to call.
• Ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. We respond within 45 days.
• Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws (for example Texas or California). We honor them, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so if something goes wrong we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
